Privacy Policy for すべてが⑨になる
SensuiDev ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game すべてが⑨になる (Android package name: com.sensui.subetega9ninaru) (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with the App, including the Google Play release of the App.
By downloading, installing, opening, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with the App, including:
- information processed locally on your device to provide gameplay and settings functionality;
- information automatically processed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App;
- information that may be processed by third-party service providers if advertising or similar monetization features are enabled in a given version of the App.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or SDK providers that may have their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Important Product Notes for the Google Play Version
For the Google Play version of the App:
- the App does not require TapTap login;
- the App does not provide in-app account registration or account-based login;
- we do not currently operate our own game server, cloud save service, or account backend for the App;
- gameplay data is primarily stored locally on your device.
Some future versions of the App may include advertising or third-party SDK integrations. If enabled, those services may process limited device, network, and advertising-related data as described below.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information stored locally on your device
The App stores certain data locally on your device so that core game features can function properly. This may include:
- language preferences and audio settings;
- records of whether and when you accepted the privacy policy;
- local game progress, achievements, challenge or difficulty-related status, and gameplay statistics;
- other configuration or cache data necessary for the App to function.
Based on the current design of the Google Play version, this local data is generally stored on your device and is not automatically uploaded to our own servers.
3.2 Automatically processed technical information
When you use the App, certain technical information may be processed automatically for app functionality, compatibility, stability, fraud prevention, or diagnostic purposes. This may include:
- app version, device model, operating system version, language, region, and time zone;
- crash data, error logs, performance information, and diagnostic data;
- network state and general connection information needed to load app resources or third-party services.
3.3 Advertising-related information
If advertising is enabled in a given release of the App, third-party advertising or mediation partners may collect or receive information such as:
- device identifiers or advertising identifiers permitted by the platform;
- approximate device and network information;
- ad request, impression, click, engagement, conversion, anti-fraud, and reward fulfillment data.
The exact data processed depends on the advertising SDKs actually integrated in the released build, your device, your region, and the platform rules in effect at that time.
4. How We Use Information
- provide and operate the App;
- save your local settings, consent records, gameplay progress, achievements, and statistics;
- maintain security, stability, compatibility, and performance;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and technical issues;
- comply with legal obligations and platform requirements;
- if advertising is enabled, display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and manage reward delivery.
5. Legal Bases and Consent
Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, such as providing the App features you request;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App;
- your consent, where consent is required;
- compliance with legal obligations.
If a specific feature requires your consent under applicable law, we will request it through the relevant system or in-app mechanism before processing the relevant data.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
- with service providers or SDK partners that help us operate the App, such as diagnostics, infrastructure, or advertising partners, if such services are enabled;
- where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- where necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of users, third parties, or us;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
7. Third-Party Advertising and SDKs
The App may include third-party advertising or monetization services in some releases.
If we choose to use Google-supported advertising products, commonly supported mobile ad formats include:
- banner ads;
- interstitial ads;
- rewarded ads;
- app open ads;
- native ads;
- rewarded interstitial ads.
According to Google's official AdMob documentation, these are currently among the available ad formats for supported app monetization products.

We have not committed in this Privacy Policy to a specific ad provider or format for every release. If a release includes advertising, the actual SDKs and formats used in that release will determine what advertising-related data is processed.
Third-party SDK providers may act as independent controllers or service providers under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies when those services are in use.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
In general:
- local gameplay and settings data remain on your device until you delete the App data, uninstall the App, or overwrite the data through normal gameplay or settings changes;
- diagnostic, advertising, or SDK-generated data may be retained by the relevant third-party provider according to its own retention practices and legal obligations.
9. Data Deletion and Your Choices
Because the current Google Play version of the App does not provide account creation or a cloud backend operated by us, most gameplay-related data can be removed by:
- clearing the App's local storage through your device settings; or
- uninstalling the App.
Depending on your device and applicable laws, you may also be able to:
- reset or limit your advertising identifier;
- limit ad personalization through your device or Google settings;
- deny optional permissions, if any are requested by future versions of the App.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through an account system operated by us. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, please contact us at tongfuUE@gmail.com, and we will review the matter.
If a future version of the App is specifically configured for children or families, we may update this Privacy Policy and related app store disclosures accordingly.
12. International Data Transfers
If third-party SDKs, app distribution services, or infrastructure providers process data across borders, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to require appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, platform rules, or our data practices.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, the app store listing, or other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
